Cuen. 10 years ago I have came to Tijuana for an appointment to have my teeth looked at. My wife and I would like to thank you and your entire staff for the outstanding job you did for both of us treating our dental needs.  We were skeptical, at first, with going to Tijuana to get our dental work completed for many reasons.  These reasons were cleanliness, cost, language barrier, and ease of access getting to and from the border.  After we were familiar with your office and the ease of getting to you, we felt at home taking the trip to see you.  You have the cleanest dental office I have seen.  I was very impressed with how clean everything was including the bathroom.

Even though my wife can speak Spanish, I do not.  I thought it was great that I could discuss my dental needs with you without any language barrier and without having to use my wife as an interpreter.  It was also nice to be able to exchange emails with you in order to understand what we were being charged and what the  procedural codes were so I could see what was covered by my health plan.

We had a dentist in our home town of Escondido, CA., that we used regularly. We were not pleased with the way he treated us, or his prices.  We really appreciated the way you took care in dealing with any discomfort we had.  Going to the dentist used to mean pain, but after sitting in the chair with you or your staff, my wife and I both felt at ease.  We will no longer have to be hesitant about making an appointment to see you.  As far as pricing is concerned, we found you to be well over 50% less than the prices of our dentist in Escondido.

One thing I did not think about before going to see you was any prescription drugs needed for tooth extractions, such as antibiotics or pain medication.  The partnership you made with the pharmacy on 2nd was perfect.  We were able to leave your office and go directly to the pharmacy that is literally on the way out of town.  Parking was free behind the pharmacy.  Basically, anyone going to your office can make a loop into town to see you on 3rd and 5th and go back to the border crossing on 2nd and hit the pharmacy on the way out of town.

For those who are unfamiliar with the process of going to Tijuana and getting to the dental office, it is very easy.  Directions are right on the website at www.dentalcuen.com.  Also, I used a printed out map from, http://www.advantagemexico.com/tijuana/images/tijuana_map.pdf to use as a printout while driving in Tijuana.

Once again, thank you for the wonderful service.  We will see you soon, hopefully, for some teeth whitening.

Dental Cuen service and expertise in the dental field is of the highest quality dating back decades to his fathers work.
